My philosophy and approach to real estate is that of a consultant and advisor, not a “salesman”.Please know that when you consult with me, we will discuss the issues and goals that are important to you. It’s important that you consider me a trusted advisor who is looking out for your best interests. With this philosophy, sales happen naturally without having to “hard sell” a client. A hard sell is not part of my program and never will be. I am in the real estate business for life. I don’t do anything else. I’m not an actor, I don’t have a side business, and I’m not writing a screenplay. The flexibility, freedom, and financial benefits I receive from real estate are very rewarding and I get a great deal of satisfaction from it. I also want to make you a client for life. I want to be the “go to” guy you think of when you have any real estate questions or need any help. You’re welcome just to chat with me about your situation. There is never any obligation. I have often helped people or answered questions without receiving anything in return. I often receive calls from someone who says, “you don’t know me but you helped my Aunt Mary a year ago and she said you could help me sell my home”. All because I helped her Aunt Mary with some questions that she had. So if you are a trustee or an executor of an estate and you need to sell a piece of property or just have some questions, please pick up the phone and call me. There is never any obligation and I am happy to spend some time on the phone answering your questions. I am very experienced with trust and probate sales and can offer some valuable insights to help you with the decision making process. A FEW HIGHLIGHTS I am celebrating my 19th year in real estate. I started at the age of 24 with the Jon Douglas Company in Marina Del Rey and was fortunate to have some excellent managers and mentors to guide me in my first years of the business. I also have a couple of years of mortgage broker experience. Arranging loans for clients was a fabulous experience and has really broadened my overall knowledge in the real estate industry. Understanding how the lending industry works helps me better serve the clients that I represent. After working for both large corporate and smaller local companies, I decided to start my own firm. As the owner/broker of Digital Realtor Westside Properties, I have the joy and responsibilities (and hard work) that comes with owning a business. It has been the best time in my career and I could not imagine working for anyone else ever again. The only people I now work for are my clients! I am an expert in trust and probate sales, foreclosures, home, condo, and land sales. I also sell a lot of investment properties, anything from duplexes up to multi-family apartment buildings. I also invest in real estate. I currently own and manage 2 apartment buildings here in Los Angeles. I average between 25 and 30 sales every year with a total value of property sold between 15 and 20 million dollars. I have closed over 750 sales in my 19 year career. I’ll probably still be selling real estate when I’m in my golden years. It’s in my blood and I hope my son follows in my footsteps! One of the reasons I think I do well in this industry is because I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. I’ve scooped cat poop off the floor, helped clients move boxes, swept floors, picked up trash, watered lawns, scooped leaves out of pools, babysat kids, walked dogs, dusted furniture, and probably a lot more things I can’t remember. If you hire me to sell your property, you can be sure that you are hiring an absolute expert who will give you excellent advice and work hard for you. Please give me a call. Thank you. |
