Hi this is Derrick Ruiz and welcome to my website! I specialize in selling Trust and Probate properties in the Southern California area.

I created this site to provide help to trustees and probate clients who need to sell real estate.

When parents set up an estate plan, they often assign one of their offspring to settle their estate and distribute their assets once they are gone. The estate usually includes the family home.

Once the parents are gone, that son or daughter is responsible for selling the family home and splitting the proceeds among the heirs. It’s up to them to get the property fixed up and ready for sale.
